''Epermenia sinjovi'' is a moth of the Epermeniidae family. It is found in the Russian Far East (southern Primor’je, Kamchatka), south-eastern Siberia, the southern Kuril islands, the Baikal region (Burjatija)〔(Faunistics of the Epermeniidae from the former USSR (Epermeniidae) )〕 and Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu).〔, 2006: ''Epermeniidae'' of Japan (Lepidoptera: Epermenioidea), with descriptions of six new species.
